Andrew Stinchcombe-Gillies MBA - Founder

Empowering Boards & Businesses to Lead with Confidence in a Technology-Driven World
Andrew is a technology governance advisor and internationally experienced executive with a 25+ year track record of helping organisations manage risk, drive change, and unlock growth through better technology decisions.
His career has been built on a consistent ability to lead organisations to sustainable, accelerated growth — whether by reshaping technology strategies, guiding business transformation, or building commercial resilience in rapidly changing markets. This experience was gained not only through senior in-house roles but by helping the clients of the companies he led to overcome complex challenges at the intersection of technology, risk, and growth. These real-world lessons are what fuel the practical, results-focused expertise at the heart of Pink Stag.
With leadership roles across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — including at global technology firms like Cegedim and Logicalis (DataTec) — Andrew has developed deep expertise in aligning business strategy with technology outcomes. He specialises in supporting boards, executive teams, and founders with independent advice on governance, procurement, digital transformation, and data compliance.
Now based in New Zealand, Andrew continues to work with organisations locally and internationally. He also serves as a Board Trustee for Startup Queenstown Lakes, and Chairman of the Otago Rail Trail Business Network.
"I'm here to help organisations — and people — make smarter, more principled decisions in complex, changing worlds."
